How to Book and Pay
In order to secure your desired weeks please contact us immediately you have made your decision, so that we may make a provisional reservation for you. This will be valid for 7 days and in order to confirm this you should immediately complete the following Booking Form, print it out, sign it (in order to accept our Booking Conditions) and return it to us along with a cheque* for the deposit of 25% (minimum £200).
Upon receipt of this we will write to you confirming your reservation and advising you of the due date for final payment and security bond (this is eight weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday).
When the final payment becomes due please send us a cheque* for the total of the following as stated on your confirmation letter:
a) Final payment.
b) Security bond of £200, repayable 1 month after the end of your holiday.
c) Any advance Linen & Mountain bike hire.
Upon receipt of this we will send out our "Holiday Information Pack" which includes detailed joining instructions, along with loads of useful holiday information.
